How It Started
Coffee has been my thing since I was a teenager. Not in a cool way – just the guy who actually cared about what was in the cup when everyone else was adding sugar to make it drinkable.
That obsession never went away. Eventually I stopped searching for the perfect bag and started roasting my own. Turns out, fresh-roasted specialty coffee doesn’t have to cost $30 or come with a sommelier speech.
Le Petit Roast is just me: one person, one small roaster, roasting to order. I pick beans I’d want to drink myself – traceable, high-scoring, interesting but not weird. Then I roast them with care and get them to you fast.
No rules. No right way to brew it. Just good coffee for people who want better without the fuss.
