Grown high in the mountains of Cauca, Colombia, this rare Pink Bourbon comes from the innovative farm of Wilton Benitez at Granja El Paraíso 92. At 1900–2100 meters above sea level, the cool climate and meticulous washed process with thermal shock bring out remarkable clarity and sweetness in the cup.
Lightly roasted to highlight its natural elegance, this coffee opens with delicate floral notes of hibiscus and rose, followed by bright red fruits and a touch of fresh mint. A smooth maple-like sweetness rounds it all off beautifully, creating a clean and refined finish.
