- Orders typically ship within 5 business days of payment approval
- If an item is on backorder, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available

- Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed

Returns & Refunds
- No returns or refunds once shipped
- To cancel before shipping, reach out to us through the contact form with:
- Order number
- Email address used for order
- Copy of order confirmation
- Cancelled orders refunded to original payment method within 5-10 business days

Taxes
- Canada: Coffee is tax-exempt; shipping is taxable
- USA: Both coffee and shipping are taxable

- One coupon per order unless stated otherwise
